The hardest thing in life starts with F

People have their own opinions of what is the hardest part of life.


Here is mine: Friendship.


Not the acquaintance of friendship, but the unveiling of true friendship. The kind where you let someone in to your heart. For when you have to let them go and fly on their own or fall, a part of you seems to die, the part of you that you only shared with them, and not with anyone else.






I believe this to be true, regardless of the reason. But the first time they look at you with something other than friendship, and you know that that is how they will look at you from then on, you will, if even for awhile, wish you didn't have to let them go.


I believe this to be one of the hardest, no, the hardest part of life.
